Our Story
Connect Technologies is built on more than 17 years of hands-on experience across MSP environments and large-scale infrastructure projects, including senior roles in infrastructure engineering, solutions architecture, and cloud services leadership.
In that time, we saw the same pattern again and again: small and mid-sized businesses paying for IT support that was slow to respond, vague about what it covered, and quick to upsell. Enterprise teams got the careful engineering, while SMEs got whatever was left over.
We started Connect Technologies to close that gap: enterprise-grade security and cloud practices, delivered to UK SMEs with the clarity and honest pricing that enterprise teams take for granted.
That is also why we do not ask for long-term contracts. After an initial 3-month onboarding term, our agreements are flexible and monthly. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you into it.
